Strong organizations rely on clear processes. In this interactive workshop, nonprofit leaders, board members, employees, and volunteers will learn how to create effective work instructions that improve consistency, training, accountability, and organizational continuity. Participants will explore how to document tasks, capture institutional knowledge, identify knowledge gaps, and develop processes that can be easily followed by staff and volunteers. Through discussions and hands-on exercises, attendees will create practical work instructions, learn techniques for validating and updating procedures, and develop strategies to preserve critical knowledge within their organizations. This class is ideal for nonprofits seeking to strengthen operations, improve onboarding, and ensure long-term sustainability. (Ages 18 & Up)
