Feeling a little more "crunchy" than usual? Trade the snaps, crackles, and pops for improved flexibility and mobility in a class designed for adult bodies.This isn't about gymnastics or turning yourself into a human pretzel; it's about moving more comfortably, easing everyday aches and stiffness, and improving overall mobility. Participants will focus on opening tight hips, relieving tension from tech-neck and prolonged sitting, and practicing mindful breathing techniques. A variety of seated and standing stretches will be incorporated to help increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. This class is perfect for anyone who spends long hours at a desk or simply wants to move and feel better. Come for the stretch, stay for the relief. All fitness levels (and stiff joints) are welcome! Students should bring a yoga mat or towel. (Ages 12 & Up)
